Unity Academy of Education was established in 1982 as a part of academic support to the healthcare services. The
nursing school was inaugurated by Mr. Miles Hardy, Director General International Hospital Federation (IHF), London
in the presence of Dr. P.N. Ghei, Secretary General of Indian Hospital Association.
