Lateral entry to the second year for Allied Health Science courses for candidates who have passed diploma program from the Government Boards and recognized by RGUHS.

Candidates with two years diploma from a recognized Government board in a subject for which the candidate desires to enroll with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as subjects or candidates with a 3-year diploma from a recognized Government Board in a subject for which the candidate desires to enroll should have studied Physics, Biology, and Chemistry as subjects during the tenure of the course.

• Two year Pre-University Examination or equivalent as recognized by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as Principle subjects of study.
• The Vocational Higher Secondary Education course conducted by the Government of Kerala with five subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English in addition to vocational subjects conducted is considered equivalent to plus TWO examinations of Govt. of Karnataka Pre-University Course.

Application should be sent in the prescribed format supplied along with the prospectus. This can be received by sending a DD/Postal Order for Rs.400/- payable at Mangalore.

• Attested photocopy of the statement of marks of the qualifying examination (SSLC/PUC +2/GNM).
• Attested photocopy of the SSLC certificate showing the date of birth.
• Attested photocopy of TC and Conduct certificate of qualifying examination (PUC/+2).
• Latest 5 passport-size photographs; one duly affixed to the application.
• A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 150/- through Demand Draft payable in Mangalore in favor of Unity Care & Health Services Pvt. Ltd. A/c Nursing College.

At the time of admission, the students and their parents/legal guardians are required to sign a declaration that their children/wards will abide by the rules and regulations of the Institution. Selection will be purely on the basis of merit and interview by the selection board.
