The minimum age of 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. A candidate should have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) and English individually and must have obtained the minimum of 45% marks taken together in PCB & English. If belonging to SC or ST the marks obtained should not be less than 40%
Application should be sent only in the prescribed Format supplied along with the prospectus. This can be had on sending a DD/Postal order for Rs. 400/- in favour of Unity Care and Health Services Pvt Ltd. A/C Nursing College or by cash at the office of the Institu-tion. You can also download the application from our website and the payment can be done as mentioned above. The application blank should be duly filled in by the applicant in his/her own handwriting and forwarded to the Principal along with the copies of the following certificates and documents.
At the time of admission, the students and their parents/legal guardians are required to sign a declaration that their children/wards will abide by the rules and regulations of the Institution. Selection will be purely on the basis of merit and interview by the selection board.
**MEDICAL EXAMINATION **
Before admission, selected candidates will have to undergo a thorough medical examination in our parent institution. Any candidate found to be medically unfit will not be admitted for the course. Selected candidates will have to join the Medical Scheme of the Institution. Medical facility at concessional rates is available to the students in our parent hospital
